We guarantee your rights

We are an independent body of the Government of Catalonia, attached to the Department d'Empresa i Ocupació.  As such, we have our own legal identity, administrative autonomy and full capacity to work in order to achieve our aims. We have all the Government of Catalonia's powers over consumer affairs assigned to us.
